Daniel Healy, Director, Leading Teams  
Daniel Healy began his 27-year relationship with Leading Teams while playing football at SANFL club, Central District. Daniel’s move to AFL club, St Kilda, coincided with Ray McLean, Leading Teams Founder, delivering the Performance Improvement Program there in the mid-1990s.  
Daniel believes success is a strong professional relationship between the Leading Teams facilitator and the leaders and the key centres of influence within the organisation they are engaged with. It is also when the programs help to address the client’s challenges and when agreed program outcomes are achieved, resulting in a combination of organisational, team and individual performance improvement.
